We offer a nationwide free delivery on all the products on our website.

Delivery restrictions
Please note restrictions apply to the extremities of Scotland and Northern Ireland and to some areas of Wales. If you are in Wales, Northern Ireland or postcodes DG, KA, PA, PH, KW and IV you should contact us before placing the order to get a quote for delivery.

Time
Delivery times on orders vary across the mirrors we supply. Large plain cut-to-size mirrors are typically delivered within 5-10 working days, our heated pads within 3 working days and our other mirrors within 10-15 working days. Some mirrors we can deliver within 3 working days or faster - please contact us if you have an urgent delivery requirement as we may be able to speed things up for you.

A few days prior to the delivery we will provide you with a delivery date and ask you to confirm it is convenient for you.

For all mirrors, excluding our plain cut-to-size mirrors, you can telephone our transport department on the evening before delivery (between 4-5pm) to be informed if the delivery is a morning or afternoon slot. Finally, the driver will call you before 9am on the day of the delivery to give you an updated schedule.

We are proud of the reputation we have for the high quality and timely delivery service we provide. However, please note that all delivery dates given are always provisional. We must stress even with a confirmed delivery date, you are strongly advised not to pre-book contractors, or engage in any preparatory work until such time as you have all your goods and are happy that they are correct as ordered and damage free.

Delivery assistance
Non plain mirrors
Non plain cut-to-size mirrors are delivered by two-man teams so you will not need to provide assistance with the delivery.

Plain cut-to-size mirrors
In order that we can offer as competitive rate for deliveries as possible on our plain cut-to-size mirrors, our vehicles are manned by only one person. The driver will unload the goods for you, however we will need you to provide suitable help in the unloading of mirrors with any length over 1.3 meters. If you are unable to do this, we can provide a second person at an additional charge but must be contacted in advance for a quote. Please note, if you have not informed us in advance and you are unable to provide assistance for these larger mirrors, we will need to redeliver at another time and you will be required to pay a delivery charge.

Ground floor delivery
Our delivery team will happily unload to a ground floor room. As they are not insured whilst on your property we regret that they can not deliver to upstairs rooms. Deliverys to flats will be made to the ground floor lobby only. If you require us to take the mirror to a higher floor please contact us for quote prior to purchasing.

Access
If your property has any access restrictions for larger vehicals, you should inform us of this prior to placing the order as this may impact delivery costs and times.

Checking deliveries
The delivery team will wait while you check your mirror for damages. Please ensure you contact us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery if there are any issues with your order.
