The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on our websites. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future use. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.  Calls may be monitored for quality control and training purposes.  Your statutory rights are not affected.

1. Description of Goods
As all the products that we sell are of a technical nature it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. All specifications given to the Customer are approximate and intended as a guide only. We do not accept responsibility for any preparation work based on such specifications.
 
2. Accuracy of Product Information
All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturer's, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. Our intention is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. Any action taken by the user of this website remain the responsibility of the individual. Where sizes are specified on the website, these contain a +-3% manufacturing tolerance.   We reserve the right to change product specification without prior notice.

3. Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. All prices on the BathroomEvolution website are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order, unless stated otherwise. All prices on the BespokeMirrors website are inclusive of VAT and inclusive of delivery charges.

4.  Our contract and acceptance of your order
When you place an order to purchase a product from IJM Enterprises, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, this offer is accepted by us when we send you an e-mail confirming that we have dispatched that product to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order, which we have not confirmed as dispatched in the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail, does not form part of that contract.

5. Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price prior to acceptance of your order.

6. Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them.

7. Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Switch. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received.

8a. Delivery Charges (BespokeMirrors)
The charges for our delivery service are inclusive in the price, for your reference, the cost of delivery is typically £30 plus VAT.  You are not required to use our delivery service and can arrange to collect the items from us for a discount.  Please contact us for further information.

8b. Delivery Charges (BathroomEvolution)
The charges for our delivery service are not inclusive in the price.  You are not required to use our delivery service and can arrange to collect the items from us and will therefore not incur a charge for our delivery service.  The delivery charges will vary depending upon the product and service you select, which will be notified to you at checkout.  Please see our delivery page for further information.
 
9. Acceptance of delivery
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. We accept no liability whatsoever in respect to late deliveries.

Damage in transit to cut to size mirrors: Cut to size mirrors must be checked for damage at point of delivery and refused if damaged.  Claims for damage to cut to size mirrors will not be entertained once the goods have been signed for.

Damage in transit to all goods except cut to size mirrors: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within a reasonable period of time, which we will typically deem to be 48 hours from delivery.

Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within a reasonable period of time, which we will typically deem to be 48 hours from delivery.

Incorrect Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within a reasonable period of time, which we will typically deem to be 48 hours from delivery.

10. Product Guarantees
All products supplied are guaranteed for a period of 12 months. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or faults that can not be confirmed have not been caused by incorrect installation. In addition routine maintenance, if needed, is not covered. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.

11.Terms of Guarantee your satisfaction with our products
If you are not completely satisfied with our products you can return them for a complete refund (excluding cut to size mirrors). Subject to our Non-Faulty Products Return Policy. You must notify us within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Click here for more information. Alternatively, subject to your order details, you may request to keep the goods and receive a discount compensation certificate of £50.

12. Returns of Cut to Size Mirrors
We do not hold any stock of cut to size mirrors all of the cut to size mirrors on our website are bespoke and made to order specifically for you, they are therefore exempt from distance selling regulations. We are therefore only able to accept returns if they are faulty. Once we have started work on a cut to size mirror, the order cannot be cancelled.

13. Terms of Guarantee your satisfaction with our service
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the service you receive from us we will offer you a no quibble £50 discount compensation certificate.

14. Terms of Guarantee the highest quality
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, we will offer you a no quibble £50 discount compensation certificate.

15.Discount compensation certificate
To receive a discount compensation certificate you must inform us in writing (e-mail not accepted) of your order details and the reason you are not completely satisfied with our service or product. You must do this within 7 days of receipt of the goods. As part of our continuous improvement and development, your feedback will be reviewed by the Managing Director and he will inform you of the steps we intend to take to ensure such issues do not occur in the future.

We will issue you with the discount compensation certificate, which can be used against future orders. This offer is subject to an initial order value of £750 and the certificate may only be used in an order with value exceeding £750. This offer may not be utilised in conjunction with our subsidised returns collection service. This certificate may not be used in conjunction with any other discount certificate. The discount compensation certificate can not be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to retract this offer at any time.

16.Lowest price
We guarantee that we offer the lowest price. We guarantee if you find the same product at a lower price, we will match that price and offer a further 5% off. This offer can be redeemed before placing the order or within 5 days after placing the order.  We will require you to provide information so that we can verify the validity of the other offer. Typically we will only request that you provide the company name, telephone number, website (if they have one) and their product details. However, we reserve the right to ask you to provide more information (such as a copy of marketing material containing their offer).

17.Delivery dates
We are proud of the reputation we have for the high quality and timely delivery service we provide. However, please note that all delivery dates given are always provisional. We must stress even with a confirmed delivery date, you are strongly advised not to pre-book contractors, or engage in any preparatory work until such time as you have all your goods and are happy that they are correct as ordered and damage free.  We accept no liability whatsoever in respect to late deliveries.

18. Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

To be eligible to purchase products on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this website under English law you must:

• Register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information
  
  
• Stipulate a delivery address in the United Kingdom. Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and accommodation addresses are not acceptable
