Policy.
The following terms and conditions apply to all
transactions on our website. The placement of
an order indicates your acceptance of these terms
and conditions. Please read them carefully and
print a copy for future use. We will treat each
order for goods as an offer by you to purchase
the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
1. Description of Goods
As all the products that we sell are of a technical
nature it is not practical to publish a detailed
specifications of all the products. All images,
descriptive matter, specifications and advertising
on our website are for the sole purpose of giving
an approximate description of the goods. All specifications
given to the Customer are approximate and intended
as a guide only. We do not accept responsibility
for any preparation work based on such specifications.
2. Accuracy of Product Information
All product specifications, images and other information
published on our website have either been made
accessible by suppliers, manufacturer's, publications,
publicists, or been gathered from public-domain
sources. Our intention is that all information
on the website should be as accurate and up to
date as possible. However, we cannot guarantee
the reliability or the accuracy of the information
contained within its pages. Any action taken by
the user of this website remain the responsibility
of the individual. Where sizes are specified on the website, these contain a +-3% manufacturing tolerance.
3. Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods will be
stipulated at the time when you place your order
whether or not the order has been confirmed. We
are entitled to make adjustments to the price
to take account of any increase in our supplier's
prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties,
or if due to an error or omission the price published
for the goods is wrong whether or not the order
has been confirmed. We will inform you of the
correct price and give you the opportunity to
cancel the order. All prices on our website are
inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges
which will be payable as indicated at the time
of placing your order, unless stated otherwise.
4. Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect
price due to typographical error or error in pricing
information from our suppliers, taxes or duty
changes, we shall have the right to refuse or
cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price
whether or not the order has been confirmed.
5. Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability
and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not
supply the goods for any reason we will not charge
you for these and we will refund any money already
paid for them. However, we will not be responsible
for compensating you for any other losses you
may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
6. Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards including
Visa, Mastercard and Switch. On the order you
must provide us with your exact billing address
and telephone number - the address and phone number
your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect
information will cause a delay in processing your
order. Your order will only be processed once
authorisation of your credit card has been properly
received.
7. Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability
and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not
supply the goods for any reason we will not charge
you for these and we will refund any money already
paid for them. However, we will not be responsible
for compensating you for any other losses you
may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
8. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are inclusive in the price. In
the event that a refund is made, the delivery
charge may not be refunded (£35).
9. Acceptance of delivery
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your
door you will be responsible for them. We will
only deliver goods to the address on the order
and goods will not be left without a signature.
From the time of receipted delivery of the goods,
any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your
own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages
or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the
delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.
Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged
condition you must make a note on the carrier's
delivery consignment note and it will be your
responsibility to inform us within 7 days from
delivery.
Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for
the correct number of packages as shown on the
carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages
must be noted on the consignment note and it will
be your responsibility to notify us within 7 days
from delivery.
Incorrect Goods: It is your responsibility to
notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within
7 days from delivery.
10. Product Guarantees
All products supplied are covered by the terms
and conditions of the Manufacturer's Guarantee
for a period of 12 months. This guarantee specifically
excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse
or faults that can not be confirmed have not been
caused by incorrect installation. In addition
routine maintenance,if needed, is not covered.
This does not affect any statutory rights that
you may have.
11. Returns
We do not hold any stock - all of the mirrors
on our website are bespoke and made to order specifically
for you. We are therefore only able to accept
returns if the is faulty. It is your responsibility
to return purchases in pristine condition in its
unopened original box and packaging. In the event
that you choose not to use our returns
collection service (£40) you will be wholly responsible
for the cost of return delivery and safe return
of the goods. Subject to claim validly and correctly
notified in accordance with the Acceptance of
delivery paragraph of these terms, goods received
back incomplete or in a damaged or used condition
will either be returned to you and the cost of
delivery charged to your account. We reserve
the right to levy a surcharge on such returned
goods at a minimum 15% of the invoice price. If
you do not return goods within 7 days after you
have informed us that you wish to cancel your
order, we reserve the right to arrange collection
of the item from you and to charge you for such
collection. In the event that you select to use
our subsidised returns collection service and
you are not present to return the goods on the
day we have agreed, we reserve the right to charge
you £40 for additional collections until
such time as we have received the goods.
12. Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any products
from this website at any time and/or remove or
edit any materials or content on this website.
We may refuse to process a transaction for any
reason or refuse service to anyone at any time
at our sole discretion. We will not be liable
to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing
any product from this website whether or not that
product has been sold; removing or editing any
materials or content on the website; refusing
to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending
any transaction after processing has begun.
To be eligible to purchase products on this Website
and lawfully enter into and form contracts on
this website under English law you must:
- Register by providing your real name, phone
number, e-mail address, payment details and
other requested information
- Be over 18 years of age
- Stipulate a delivery address in the United
Kingdom. Please note that PO box numbers, hotels
and accommodation addresses are not acceptable
- Possess a valid credit or debit card issued
by a bank acceptable to us
- By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically
authorise us to transmit information (including
any updated information) or to obtain information
about you from third parties from time to time,
including but not limited to, your debit or
credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate
your identity, to validate your credit card,
to obtain an initial credit card authorisation
and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
13. VAT rebate administration charge
A £30 administration charge will be incurred for any customers requiring a VAT rebate for any reason.
